Hi there! I’m Lauren, the heart behind LavsLunaArts. My journey into calligraphy and art started from a deep love of nature, especially Luna moths and lavender. It all began in August 2023, when my husband found a stunning Luna moth in a gas station parking lot. We brought her home, and to our surprise, she laid her eggs all over our kitchen after we had dinner. Since then, I’ve been captivated by these beautiful creatures and have been breeding from her generation, watching new life emerge each spring.
Alongside my love for Luna moths, I’ve always had a special connection to lavender. In my free time, I play Final Fantasy 14, and my character’s name is Lavender—this is where my passion for lavender blossomed even further. These two things—Luna moths and lavender—became the foundation for my art, and thus, LavsLunaArts was born.
At LavsLunaArts, I specialize in creating personalized calligraphy scrolls, each one crafted with care using parchment paper, elegant calligraphy pens, stamps, and wax seals.
